Recruitment Juice were pioneers in video-based training long before streaming became the norm. Their first site with Rouge launched back in the 2000s, when courses were delivered on DVD.

Years later, their training is now online, AI-powered, and designed for recruiters everywhere. But the website had fallen behind. It no longer won sales or reflected the business as it is today. It was time to talk to Rouge.

Strategy shaped by business reality.

Recruitment Juice needed a brand refresh that brought back the spark of its once ground-breaking reputation. Speed and cost were the two biggest challenges. Not a comfortable pairing. But both were non-negotiable. Therefore, our focus was on ensuring the budget and timeframe worked without compromising impact.

Discovery was lean but purposeful, zeroing in on key audiences: recruitment firms, solo recruiters, in-house teams, and HR professionals.

A website that converts clicks into clients.

The site was designed to act as both a shop window and a conversion engine. Pages were restructured to keep attention longer and drive enquiries, with a particular emphasis on demo and consultation calls. We assigned a clear role to each page in the sales funnel, eliminating the clutter of the old site.

We mapped out what the site really needed to deliver: a clear sales story, stronger benefit-led messaging, and a look that sells like a modern SaaS brand.

Performance results were instant.

The impact has been immediate. A faster, higher-performing, prospect-engaging website. Generating more demo and consultation calls, more enquiries and longer time spent on site.

The new visual identity is bold, confident and clean. It’s a site designed to sell, but also to feel inviting. The refreshed look positions Recruitment Juice closer to SaaS products than traditional (boring) training providers, reflecting the origin and evolution of their business.
