We created Logic4training a forward thinking, UX focussed website to allow their users to find the right course for them quickly.
Logic4training is one the largest building services engineering training providers in the South East. Delivering a wide range of courses covering plumbing, gas, electrical, oil, refrigeration, health & safety and renewables, with options for professional trades people and new entrants.
To create Logic4training’s website we took the process back to the basics of what the user needed when visiting the website. It was evident that the typical user was looking to find the right course for them based upon their skill level, with most users accessing the site on their mobile device. However a complicated website was making it difficult for users to access what they were looking for on their device.
To achieve this we designed a website that focussed on fuss-free and clear user interactions, such as accessing key call to actions at all time regardless of device. Part of the project was also to improve the course and sitemap structure, which reduced the amount of steps required to find a course in a relevant category i.e Gas. This allowed a rich user experience through the site to find or book the correct course, encouraging greater engagement time on the website, resulting in more bookings for the business.
