By implementing this Supplier Code of Conduct, Rouge Media Ltd. aims to build a supply chain that upholds high standards of ethical conduct, labour practices, and environmental responsibility.

Rouge Media Ltd. is committed to ethical and responsible business practices. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for our suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding ethical conduct, labour practices, and environmental sustainability. We expect all suppliers to adhere to these principles to ensure a fair, safe, and sustainable supply chain.
Scope:
This Code of Conduct applies to all suppliers, contractors, and business partners who provide goods or services to Rouge Media Ltd.
Standards and Expectations:
- Compliance with Laws:
- Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to labour, health and safety, and the environment.
- Prohibition of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking:
- Suppliers must ensure that no form of modern slavery or human trafficking exists in their business operations or supply chains.
- Suppliers must not use forced, bonded, or indentured labour, involuntary prison labour, or human trafficking.
- Child Labor:
- Suppliers must not employ individuals under the age of 15 or the applicable legal minimum age, whichever is higher.
- Suppliers must comply with all laws and regulations regarding child labour.
- Fair Treatment and Non-Discrimination:
- Suppliers must treat all employees with respect and dignity.
- Suppliers must not engage in or tolerate discrimination, harassment, or abuse in any form.
- Wages and Benefits:
- Suppliers must provide wages and benefits that meet or exceed the legal minimum standards or industry benchmarks, whichever is higher.
- Suppliers must ensure that employees receive fair compensation for their work.
- Working Hours:
- Suppliers must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding working hours and overtime.
- Suppliers must ensure that employees do not work excessive hours and are provided with adequate rest periods.
- Health and Safety:
- Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
- Suppliers must take appropriate measures to prevent workplace hazards and accidents.
- Environmental Responsibility:
- Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
- Suppliers must work to minimise their environmental impact through sustainable practices and the efficient use of resources.
- Ethical Business Practices:
- Suppliers must conduct business with integrity and transparency.
- Suppliers must not engage in bribery, corruption, or other unethical practices.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Suppliers must maintain accurate and complete records to demonstrate compliance with this Code of Conduct.
- Suppliers must provide Rouge Media Ltd. with access to relevant documentation upon request.
- Reporting and Accountability:
- Suppliers must report any violations of this Code of Conduct to Rouge Media Ltd. immediately.
- Suppliers must take prompt corrective action to address any violations and prevent recurrence.
Monitoring and Enforcement:
- Rouge Media Ltd. reserves the right to audit suppliers to ensure compliance with this Code of Conduct.
- Suppliers must cooperate with audits and provide access to relevant information and facilities.
- Non-compliance with this Code of Conduct may result in the termination of the business relationship with Rouge Media Ltd.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance:
By accepting an order from Rouge Media Ltd., suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct.
