Field Seymour Parkes is a full-service legal practice based in Berkshire. They are recognised and highly-ranked in both of the UK’s leading legal directories, Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. When FSP approached us, they recognised that their website and brand were out of date and were ready for a refresh – to better serve their clients and compete with other practices.

Simplifying user journeys by logically organising content led to better engagement and increased enquiries.

Over time, the website had grown organically but the navigation had not been consistently reviewed, allowing content to be hidden and hard to find. In addition, the content was often too wordy and lacked clear call-to-actions.

With a relatively blank branding canvas, we created a more modern and professional look-and-feel to apply to their new WordPress website, which would help potential and existing clients to navigate with ease and reflect the culture and values of FSP.

The final design answered the brief. The navigation had been bought into one predictable area with all like-for-like pages grouped in a logical order. A new brand was established and gave FSP a strong identity through which they could communicate the knowledge and experience of the team and establish themselves as the market leaders.
