Campbell Gordon approached Rouge to reinvigorate their dated brand and website, and elevate it to a level that reflects their position as leading commercial property agents in the Thames Valley area. It was clear from the initial meetings that Campbell Gordon wanted to be brought up to date with a ‘leading edge’ website and logo, but their heritage was very important to them so a careful balance had to be struck.

At the heart of the website is a bespoke property search feature, enabling users and search engines to find commercial properties and land.

Clarity was a key request when considering the website design. We designed a beautifully clean grid-based site featuring simple blocks of information, statistics, copy and imagery, but of utmost importance was the focus of the website on the properties they are instructed to market. Case study properties feature on the home page alongside a simple to use property search function that is the heart of the website. A prospective customer can easily filter their requirements based on location, property type, size and tenure, being delivered a focused selection of properties that Campbell Gordon currently act on.

The site was built in WordPress using a carefully selected blend of plugins and theme options to deliver outstanding flexibility and ease of use. Consequently, it looks fantastic and managing the content is easy. At the heart of the website is a property search feature which enables users to find available properties near to them using a wide range of options. The data is fetched from an external source to keep it constantly up to date, and integrations with Google Maps give the user precise location information.
