What we did:

The property world is fast-paced, ruthless and competitive, and it's no place to be left behind.

Campbell Gordon approached Rouge to reinvigorate their (by their own admission) dated brand and website, and elevate it to a level that reflects their position as leading agents in the Thames Valley area. It was clear from the initial meetings that Campbell Gordon wanted to be brought up to date with a 'leading edge' website and logo, but their heritage was very important to them so a careful balance had to be struck.

The logo features a modern slab serif font at a weight that portrays solidity and dependability. It had to work well in a variety of uses, from high end brochures, the website (of course) and on large marketing boards. The colours are unlike anything in the property market and ensure that Campbell Gordon remain individual. Rouge went through a very careful process to find a colour combination that reflected Campbell Gordons values, but made them stand out from the crowd to ensure they stood above their competitors.

Clarity and professionalism, with a solid foundation were be building blocks behind our designs for both the logo and the website.

Of utmost importance however was to make the focus of the website about the properties that they are instructed to market. Case study properties feature on the home page alongside a simple to use property search function that is the heart of the website. A prospective customer can easily filter their requirements based on location, property type, size and tenure, being delivered a focussed selection of properties that Campbell Gordon currently act on.

The site was built on WordPress using a carefully selected blend of plugins and theme options to deliver outstanding flexibility and ease of use. Consequently, it looks fantastic and managing the content is a cinch. At the heart of the website is a property search feature which enables users to find available properties near to them using a wide range of options. The data is fetched from an external source to keep it constantly up to date, and integrations with Google Maps give the user precise information about location.
