Creative Graphic Designer
We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join our experienced team.

You can take a brief, understand an audience, and then produce a visual solution that combines stunning graphics with clever words and layout. Creating designs that sell.
You will have a good working practice of UI/UX and understand how to apply this to website design. However, your primary skills will be selling clients’ stuff to their customers through your creative website designs.
You are highly adept with Adobe XD. You know your way around Photoshop and Illustrator to enable you to create perfect web-ready assets. Whilst the central part of this position is graphic design and website design, you will be happy to roll up your sleeves and tackle anything required. This role is an “all for one and one for all” opportunity.
All our designers and developers work closely as a team. Problems get solved together. We spend time working on our own, but never in isolation.

This breadth and range keep us stable and secure as a business, and the variety keeps day-to-day work exciting and varied.
The role is hybrid – with three days in the office, two days at home each week. We are easy to get to and well-connected despite working in a village. We are right by Junction 12 of the M4. Rouge is 5 minute’s walk from Theale train station, with direct trains to London Paddington.
