Finance the future
The London Treasurers’ Graduate Finance Scheme offers finance graduates a chance at a first class career within the public sector. It is the ability to obtain a great qualification with real meaning, the knowledge of job security and the chance to give something back to the communities they work in that makes this a real opportunity for people who apply.
The graduate scheme is managed by GradWeb (another Rouge website), who put in the real effort to attract and then process the applicants for the participating London Boroughs. Rouge’s challenge was to create an attractive graphical approach to the site that balanced both the community side of this work with the professionalism of the financial requirement.
This is so much more than just a website though. The project also involved integrated posters, an online advertising campaign and video based testimonials from previous successful applicants.
