Blueprint
Blueprint have an awkward sell. Recruitment is an industry where companies often do things the same way, yet they are turning it on its head. Their aim is to remove a company’s dependancy on recruitment firms to hire and retain staff and to offer the skills, experience and knowledge to be able to manage their own recruitment programme. By challenging traditional recruitment thinking, Blueprint’s unique approach reduces the cost of recruitment by a minimum of 30%.
The role for Rouge was to get to the essence of Blueprint and then equip them with the tools to take their concept to market. We kicked this off with a half day brand workshop involving the whole Blueprint team. The result a clearly defined and agreed brand direction that explained and sold the benefits of Blueprint. This gave us a great platform to build on to create a full suite of marketing materials: a refreshed logo, printed and digital brochures, internal and presentation document template, a marketing website and an online document management system (covering over 1000 valuable docs).SPEAK TO ROUGE ABOUT YOUR PROJECT...
